What is the ROI of Corporate Leadership Training
It's a common question and an understandable one at that - what is the cost of leadership consulting?
We think that leadership coaching and development should be accessible to all businesses and all leaders, regardless of scale or size of business.
That is why we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ pricing structure.
We work with our clients to understand their requirements, budget and appetite for change and then agree on a pricing model that works for them.
Please see below as an example of previous packages:
1:1 Leadership coaching package (1x session per quarter + monthly ‘check in’ calls) £4,000 per person/per annum
Group coaching package for High-Potentials (1x session per quarter+monthly check in calls) £2,000 per person/per annum
Day's delivery of leadership skills training - £1,000 - £3,000 +VAT per day (depending on number of participants, format of training etc)
