Story

Rebel were engaged as a trusted partner to create a learning experience that aligned senior employees to a standard of behaviours and expectations.  

Solution

We developed a training course that was:

  • Modular: so that people could get the most out of it depending on experience and level 

  • Multi-purpose: our solution was created with multi-purpose requirements and allowed for classroom delivery, and as a 'just in time' learning solution 

  • Accessible: Accessible and engaging was key. 

 

Result:

After running three training sessions on site, we have seen an increase in the number of people who have self-nominated to attend the training and an increase in the number of promotions; specifically linked to key objectives tied into the training delivery. 

2. INNOVATIVE TRAINING SOLUTION FOR FTSE50 FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY

Story

We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. 

Solution

We developed a blended learning solution that would appeal to the varied learning styles of the people. 

Once we had undertaken a thorough analysis, we created a blended learning solution that allowed for a combination of in person training, an innovative technical and self-paced solution.

As part of our strategy, we partnered with a third party supplier to co-create, design and develop a technical support tool that allowed users immediate, real-time assistance. 

Result

The result was a learning experience that reached over 1500 people in 8 weeks.

Our solution was well received by the senior leadership team and resulted in a 30% reduction in remedy tickets raised. 

3. CHANGE APPROACH FOR FTSE10 FMCG COMPANY

Story

We structured a change strategy from a 'day zero' approach that allowed us to bring the audience with us on the change journey. 

Solution

As key part of this change was ensuring the the culture and values were embedded in the organisation and role-modelled from the top! 

Results

Through senior leadership coaching and a creative comms strategy, we were able to set up an advocacy programme that resulted in the change being delivered on time and with limited disruption for the teams effected.
